May 16, 2013 - May 25, 2013

Thursday, May 16th, through Saturday, May 25th, we’re celebrating Chicago Craft Beer Week with special events all through the 9 days with beers from local breweries like Spiteful, Half Acre, Revolution, 18th Street, Two Brothers, Solemn Oath, Ten Ninety, Local Option Bierwerkers, and Metropolitan as well as other great beer from some of our favorite breweries: Lagunitas, Founders, Allagash, Oskar Blues, Central Waters, Avery, and many more.  Check out our beer list throughout the “week” and check out the special events already set up.   Drink good beer!

Buy a Duvel, get a collectable painted art glass.  We only have 20 of them, so get here early.  One per customer, please.

Lagunitas brews their dankest double IPA to be drunk on 4/20 at 4:20 and so we will as we are lucky enough to get our hands on a barrel.  I know a guy.  So come on by and if you can’t get here until 4:25, we understand.

Last year’s Easter excursion to Wrigley was such a success, we thought we’d do it again.  Except, this time, we’re hoppin’ up to Half Acre brewery to check out their awesome taproom and get a personalized brewery tour.  For $25,  you get a brunch buffet at Four Moon at 10:30 AM, souvenir hat and bunny ears and a complimentary Half Acre brew (we will have Baume’ and Big Hugs pouring!).  We leave promptly at 11:30.  Come on by and sign up and let’s bring March out like a lamb.  A staggering, beer soaked lamb.

Our friends up at Spiteful Brewing are kegging some of their tasty beer, so let’s drink it.   The new Chicago microbrew kids on the the block are just up the street (about a mile) and Four Moon and Spiteful are beginning a beautiful relationship.  It’s the stuff dreams are made of.  Come and enjoy GFY Stout, Burning Bridges Brown Ale, Bitter Biker Double IPA and Ghost Bike Pale Ale all on draft.  Taps start pouring at 5:00 and Spiteful folks will be popping by throughout the night.  Drink Local, locally.
